DUPLAYS organises sports leagues for adults of all skill levels, if you would like to play a sport that you love with other people in a social environment you’ve come to the right place!
This is the DUPLAYS outdoor 8aside Cricket league. Teams/Individuals play once a week, 1 game, 10overs an innings, 2 hour match, hard ball. Please check the Rules tab (above) page for details on format, timings, days, etc
Sign up details:

Individual – if you don’t have a team please select Place me in a team. If you’re on a team already, select your team from the list
Team – we allow corporate as well as private teams. Note: all players must sign up online as part of security protocol
Fee – participants are required to pay the individual or team fee at the beginning of the season. The advertised fee is for the whole season. The fee can be paid online or at the DUPLAYS office, #1401, Indigo Icon Tower, JLT.
Payment Types:
Early Bird Discount - 540 AED (Individual) OR 4500 AED (Team) till December 15th 2011
Full fee - 600 AED (Individual) OR 5000 AED (Team) from December 16th 2011
Annual Membership - This is for our regular teams; pre-pay for 3 seasons and get 1 season entry FREE. Play all year round. Teams pay 14,750 AED (save 5250 AED).

FAQs:
- 8 aside outdoor cricket
- Teams play once a week, 1 match, 10 overs an innings, 1hr 40mins duration
- Days: Monday OR Wednesday (both Recreational)
- Duration: 8 week season (playoffs start in final week)
- Timing: Between 7pm - 11pm, if a scheduled game does not start 10mins after stated kick off time, the team causing the delay will forfeit the match
- Prizes: Medals, Trophies, Vouchers
- Equipment: DUPLAYS only provides the game ball, players are expected to bring their own kit (bats,helmets,gloves,pads)
- Forfeit: Minimum 6 players from original team on the court to avoid forfeit, teams are allowed to borrow players ONLY with the consent of the other captain and administrator
- Capacity: 4 teams per night
- Location: Modern High School, Nad Al Sheba 3
- Surface: Artificial surface, any footwear except metal studs are allowed
- Fighting/Serious Offence: 2 match ban for the players indicated by the referees, a repeat and the players will be disqualified
- No Smoking anywhere in the school premises, teams will be disqualified if they don't respect this rule
- Clear your garbage when you leave the field
